Return policy

In accordance with Article 30 of the Law "On Consumer Protection", the buyer has the right to exchange or return the product, which was not in use, during the first 14 days after the purchase, provided that the integrity of the packaging and seal is preserved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (consumer properties, seals, labels must be preserved), unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Clarification on term "used": As huge part of our products are electronics (specifically laptops), once you unpack such kind of products and power it on, it goes into "used" product category, so we kindly ask you to check your product before signing off documents and confirming check up of the product. We confirm that there maybe other use cases for product to become "used", but the above example shall be taken into consideration.

The terms are governed by the Law of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights".


To start a return, you can contact us at sales@keytechno.me. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our Almaty office. 
If your return is accepted (you will receive email with confirmation), we’ll send you a return shipping label. You shall contact with any one of our logistic partners and order a delivery to our office at your cost. You will need to send your package to the following address: Dostyk ave 210, block A, 53rd office, 050000, Kazakhstan. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note that all costs related to return the product is on client.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide you with service center that can make an official assessment whether the product is defective.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Return and exchange are not subject to goods of good quality, the list of which is established by paragraph 1 of Art. 30 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", including:

Cellular communication devices (mobile phones, tablets, children's GPS watches, Wi-Fi routers and other devices that support SIM cards);
Goods with incomplete equipment; printers, MFPs with used cartridges, inks;
Other goods, if their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are not preserved, or they were in use.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
