1. How i will pay for the product? 

We have following payment methods:

- QR code from JSC Kaspi Bank.

- QR code from JSC Halyk Bank.

- You can pay us based on Invoice with provided company requisites.

2. What is the price of the product, is there any hidden costs?

Price shown is already include all the taxes (VAT & CIT). Delivery costs are not included. Apart from that there is no additional costs that you can for purchasing the product.

3. What is the delivery fee?

Take out from office is free.

Delivery within Almaty city is free.

Standard (Air delivery) 15,000 KZT.

Fees will be changed based on demand overload.

4. What is the return policy of the products?

Simple example that can summarize what you can expect from the refund procedure:

All products are new and they are sealed properly (unless its specifically stated so). If you want to return a product and the product is sealed and package is in good condition when you are returning it, you have 14 calendar days to do so.

If you have opened the package and used it, you will not be able to return it without substantial reason for that (which is case of defective product). If you believe that product is defective, please contact us within 14 days and we will give you contact details where you can get authorized conclusion on the product. You have to go to authorized Service center and they will verify whether your product is defective (and provide you with relevant sealed document with confirmation of defectiveness). If it will be verified you will have two options:

- either to return it to us

- or ask to repair in case if, the defectiveness case is included in Warranty case

Service center may charge you for product diagnostics and verification of defectiveness. This costs are not covered by us. You should be prepared to pay for that.

5. Are the products from original brand?

Yes we sell only original products from oficial brands.

6. Does the product have the warranty?

Majority of our products are sold with warranty. Warranty period is specified in each product page. Please learn the details carefully.
